Online registration 

Registration is no longer possible.

Registration fee includes morning and afternoon scientific sessions, industry lunch symposia, access to technical exhibits, delegate’s badge and printed program as well as networking breaks.

A separate fee is applicable for Cadaver Lab, Pre-Course, Anatomy Demonstrations and Congress Dinner.

Please note that the Cadaver Lab and Pre-Course are fully booked. To join the waiting list, please email reg@intercongress.de and include your phone number and a reliable email address. We will notify you as soon as a place becomes available.

Fees

The regular rates are available until December 15, 2025. After that, the late booking rate applies.

As Intercongress is the fiscal organiser, invoices will be provided in Euro only. Fixed exchange rate CHF - EUR is 1,11.

For maximum flexibility: Book your ticket in the FLEX variant, including the cancellation option. This allows you to withdraw from participation at any time in writing until February 2, 2026, and receive a refund for the difference minus the cancellation option fee.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of participation is generally not possible. For maximum flexibility, a cancellation option may be booked during registration.
This option amounts to 20% regular booking and 25% late booking of the participation fee. This allows cancellation up to and including February 2, 2026; the difference will be refunded less the cancellation option.
